All photography sessions are booked through our online scheduling system at order.blufishphoto.com. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. Sessions are confirmed upon successful scheduling and payment or payment arrangement.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule shoots due to unsafe weather conditions at no additional charge.
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the completed shoot. Photos are delivered digitally via our online gallery system. Rush delivery may be available upon request. We make every effort to meet delivery timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Upon delivery and full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for marketing and selling the associated property listing. This includes MLS listings, social media, print marketing, and the client's website. Photos may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for purposes unrelated to the original listing without written permission.
Blu Fish Photography retains full copyright of all photographs. We reserve the right to use delivered images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you require exclusivity or wish to restrict portfolio use, please discuss this before booking.
Payment is due upon booking or as agreed at the time of scheduling. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment. Late payments may result in a hold on photo delivery.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time and reasonably prepared for photography. If a photographer arrives and the property is not accessible or not in a photographable condition, a trip fee may apply.
Blu Fish Photography takes reasonable care on all properties but is not liable for pre-existing conditions or normal wear. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
